Redwood Lakeside, Phuket January 2026 focused on continued architectural progression

across active villas, steady advancement of new structural

works, and further completion of infrastructure and landscaping.

The project maintains a high standard of organization and

quality, shaping a cohesive and well-considered residential

environment. Show villas remain in near-complete condition,

requiring only minor final finishing works.

Key Achievements / January 2026

Ongoing Architectural Progress Across All Active Villas:

Architectural works advanced consistently across A-, B-,and C-Series villas, with multiple units moving closer to final completion.

Advancement of New Structural Zones:

Structural works progressed on Villas C04 and A09, while

initial construction continued on D-Series villas (D01,

D02).

Infrastructure and Hardscape Near Finalization:

infrastructure progressed to 93%, with hardscape works

reaching 91%, focusing on final surface finishes and

detailing.

Landscaping Works Accelerated:

Landscaping advanced notably from approximately

45–50% to 58% by the end of the month.

Show Villas Maintained at High Readiness:

Show Villas A11 and C05 remained at 99%, requiring only

minor finishing works.

General Infrastructure: Advanced from 90–92% to 93%

Hardscape: Progressed from 88–89% to 91%

Retention Wall: Maintained at 100%

Community Center: Maintained at 99%, pending final
